The combined teams together provide free and confidential wraparound services for 12-24 year olds. The Community Health Educator is expected to work collaboratively on curriculum development and adaptation, social media curation, and activity documentation both in-person and virtually. The Community Health Educator will also be expected to serve clients between the ages of 12 and 24, travel throughout San Francisco, and use various virtual platforms including Salesforce, Google Suites, and Canva. In addition, Community Health Educators support the day to day Health Center flow by checking in youth, supporting navigation of the space, and access to Basic
