This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project timelines, and delivering high-quality work.</p>\n<p>This position requires frequent travel and the ability to lead small teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage electrical crews from project startup through completion</li>\n<li>Inspect job sites to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met</li>\n<li>Monitor daily work progress and maintain accurate documentation</li>\n<li>Ensure all work stays within project scope and assist with change orders and cost management</li>\n<li>Interpret and execute blueprints, schematics, and specifications</li>\n<li>Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel</li>\n<li>Lead site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies</li>\n<li>Track job hours and ensure accurate timekeeping with office coordination</li>\n<li>Order and manage tools, equipment, and materials</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent project delays</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with NEC codes and industry standards</li>\n<li>Prepare job status reports and maintain records</li>\n<li>Obtain permits as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of leadership experience in industrial electrical work</li>\n<li>Strong experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings</li>\n<li>Knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and safety standards</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (up to 75-100%)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience)</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Experience in industrial or mechanical installations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay:</span> $28–$40 per hour (based on experience and certifications)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Per Diem Provided</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company-paid lodging</span></li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Nationwide travel opportunities focus on the South and Eastern United States</li>\n<li>Career growth and advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join IPME Corp.?</span></p>\n<p>Join a growing team where your leadership directly impacts project success.
