IW Professional Services is committed to operational excellence, workforce development, safety, and client-focused service delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary of Position:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Under the direction of an exempt supervisor, the Lead Land Technician is responsible for performing the full range of Lead Land Technician duties while providing leadership and coordination for land engineering activities. This role oversees and coordinates routine land engineering workflow with internal departments across the Division and General Office, ensuring timely progress and high-quality work. The Lead Land Technician directs and reviews the work of assigned staff, maintaining accountability for accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standards. The position requires demonstrated expertise in land engineering matters and the ability to lead by example through strong performance and technical proficiency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Under the supervision of an exempt supervisor is:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>(1) responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the Senior Land Technician, </li>\n <li>(2) assigned the responsibility for coordinating the routine workflow in land engineering matters with other departments within the Divisions and General Office; directs the progress and is responsible for the quality of the work of subordinates. </li>\n <li>In any headquarters where the work of the Land Technician and/or Sr. Land Technician classification is performed, either a Lead Land Technician or Land Agent position will be established to perform the Lead Land Technician duties described above.</li>\n <li>This role will or may require driving.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Four years of college in a technical or liberal arts curriculum or the equivalent in education and/or experience. </li>\n <li>A minimum of one year as a Senior Land Technician and must have demonstrated the ability to perform such work as evidenced by the quality and quantity of the work product. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of land engineering matters. </li>\n <li>Position requires travel throughout the PG&E territory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Hourly Range:</strong> $69.57/hr to $73.48/hr </p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> </p>\n<p>Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefit plan which includes the following: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Voluntary Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Voluntary Short Term & Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Intren West, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities. </em></strong></p>",
