    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Hydraulics Technician&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Assemble, disassemble, and test hydraulic components</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Identify hydraulic leaks, pressure issues, and component failures</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Replace seals, fittings, hoses, and worn components</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Operate hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic testing equipment</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Maintain accurate service and maintenance records</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Communicate equipment status and repair needs to supervisors</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">High school diploma or GED required</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Experience working with hydraulic systems (preferred; entry-level considered)</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Basic math and measurement skills</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work in industrial, outdoor, or shop environments</li></ul><p>Schedule &amp; Pay</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Hourly position; pay based on experience</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Overtime may be required</li></ul><p>Work Environment</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manufacturing facilities, repair shops, or field service locations</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Exposure to noise, grease, oil, and varying temperatures</li></ul><p>About Us:<br>For over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in sustainable manufacturing, driving the circular economy by extending the life of essential products in the automotive and industrial markets.<br>Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators.
