    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Facility Engineer</strong>&nbsp;working on one of our&nbsp;<strong>Data Center Sites based in Frankfurt (all sites)</strong>, you will&nbsp;provide engineering support for&nbsp;<strong>monitoring</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>planned servicing</strong>&nbsp;and corrective&nbsp;<strong>maintenance</strong>&nbsp;on a range of critical data center infrastructure and associated equipment. You will manage routine plant&nbsp;<strong>inspections</strong>, act as a&nbsp;<strong>first-line response</strong>&nbsp;and ensure that all work is done in line with relevant regulations and our own processes and procedures. Conduct vendor management and act to maximize uptime/SLA (Service Level Agreement) and improve PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Within this function, you are acting with external and internal stakeholders such as Service Planning, Security, 3rd party suppliers and our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\">Experienced&nbsp;in&nbsp;the electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage electrical switch operations</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\">Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in an electro technical environment</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\">Following technical skills are highly preferred:<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Operation and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical systems</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Operation and maintenance of mechanical systems</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators)</li></ul></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\">Following soft skills are relevant for the role:<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Self-management, ability to manage multiple tasks, pro-active</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Stress resilience, ability to prioritize</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Ability to evaluate risk and solve complex problems</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 72.0pt;\">Teamwork &amp; Interpersonal skills</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>A bit about us</strong></p><p>Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
