You’ll be working with a complex ecosystem that includes 6+ AWS organisations, 30+ AWS accounts, and over 600 applications, where your ideas and contributions will have real impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">All you need is:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">5 years of DevOps engineering experience. Experience working as a part of a central DevOps team - responsible for complex projects or several projects, would be a good fit;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proven technical troubleshooting skills;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience in managing WEB projects, hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience in passing/maintaining compliance (optional);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hands-on experience with typical web components and approaches;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Security practices;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A sense of ownership;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Data-driven decisions;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Solving the root cause, not the symptoms;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Self-learning (for the project and necessary skills);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">To be confident with a tech stack like:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">IaC (infrastructure as a code): ArgoCD (or Flux), Helm, Terraform (Terragrunt), Ansible (we are migrating to Docker/Helm);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cloud platforms: AWS;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Containers: Kubernetes, Docker;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Database operations: mostly PostgreSQL (but experience with any of the major databases could help);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with CI/CD configuration: GitLab pipelines;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Programming language: ability to read some code in case of debugging or writing a simple script (Python, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience working/setup of monitoring solutions: any of the spread ELK, Prometheus, Victoriametrics, etc;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must have confidence in Linux / Networking, the ability to troubleshoot, and an understanding of HTTP interaction.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Your daily adventures will look like:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborating with the development team;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Reviewing the current infrastructure and planning improvements;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mitigating incidents, if needed;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborating with the DevOps team to make our team excellent;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Brainstorming on new solutions/architecture.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">So, why Gamingtec?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
