    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Siemens Blade Repair Technician – Level D</strong> </p>\n<p>100% Travel | Siemens Blade Repair – Advanced Structural Repair </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables is seeking <strong>Siemens Blade Repair Technicians – Level D</strong> to support advanced, high-complexity blade repair scopes across Siemens wind projects. This role is designed for technicians with the highest level of Siemens blade repair competence, capable of executing large-scale structural repairs and advanced technical fixes beyond standard laminate restoration.  This is not a general blade repair role. Level D technicians are deployed specifically because of their advanced certification, experience, and judgment, and are trusted to execute the most complex structural blade repairs in the Siemens fleet. </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy as a key member of SCR’s <strong>Siemens-certified blade repair workforce</strong> supporting advanced structural repair scopes </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel 100% on a rotational basis to Siemens blade repair projects across the U.S. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced structural blade repairs, including large-scale laminate reconstruction, complex load-bearing repairs, and advanced technical fixes </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute Siemens –approved repair procedures for high-severity blade damage beyond surface erosion or minor laminate repair </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead planning and execution of complex repair scopes, including repair sequencing, material selection, and structural validation </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure strict adherence to Siemens repair standards, quality requirements, and documentation protocols </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a technical authority in the field, supporting troubleshooting and repair strategy decisions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and technically support Level C and junior blade technicians on complex repair execution </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interface directly with customers, site leadership, and internal technical support functions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all required technical reports, repair documentation, and certification records accurately and on time </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform rescue operations and support emergency response activities as required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Siemens Certifications & Activation Requirements (Required)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Current Siemens Blade Repair Certification – Level D</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>GWO Certifications: Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), Advanced Rescue Training (ART) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications including OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Siemens blade-specific technical certifications </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This role prioritizes technicians who can be activated immediately on advanced Siemens blade repair scopes </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive experience performing <strong>advanced structural blade repairs on Siemens turbines</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated capability executing complex laminate, core, and structural repairs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced understanding of composite materials, including structural epoxies and adhesives, reinforcement and core systems, and advanced layup schedules and cure processes </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to interpret Siemens repair manuals, engineering instructions, and structural repair criteria </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to execution quality, documentation accuracy, and safety compliance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work autonomously in high-risk, high-complexity repair environments </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to climb wind turbines 300 feet or more </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and move materials and tools up to 50 lbs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work at height and in confined blade environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Weight requirement of 120–280 lbs, including clothing, boots, and standard personal protective equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employment Conditions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pass background check(s) and drug screening </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a safety-sensitive position per Siemens and SCR requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Sky Climber Renewables</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables (SCR) provides specialized field services to the utility-scale wind industry across North America.
