Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all aspects of Transportation Alternative Delivery projects, including scope, budget, and schedule ensuring successful completion of projects.</li>\n <li>Lead and manage support staff and document production.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain client relations with local design-build contractors and design teaming partners.</li>\n <li>Participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, teaming arrangements and client relationship management.</li>\n <li>Interface regularly with GDOT and/or Municipal/County clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering.</li>\n <li>15+ years of progressive experience working on transportation infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience as a Design Manager delivering alternative delivery and design-build projects.</li>\n <li>Georgia PE license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of design-build teaming and professional services agreements.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and project management skills.</li>\n <li>Effective client management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Don’t meet every single requirement?
