Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, you will develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote skill development and a love for learning. Safety is paramount, and you will actively supervise campers during all activities while fostering teamwork and social skills. Adaptability and flexibility is key in this dynamic camp environment, and you will contribute to the success of the program by organizing events, coordinating field trips, and serving as a positive role model for campers. Effective communication with campers, parents, and fellow team members will be essential, and you will have the opportunity to provide constructive feedback.
