Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Effectively manage inventory.</li><li>Perform cycle counts ensuring all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.</li><li>Investigate and resolve outbound back orders.</li><li>Make inventory adjustments, after checking all inbound and outbound product commitments.</li><li>Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.</li><li>Investigate, and correct discrepancies, in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.</li><li>Coordinate resolution of discrepancies with sales, warehouse and customers.</li><li>Analyze inventory concerns for remedial action, including incorrect receipts, stores, and picking.</li><li>Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.</li><li>Serve as a back-up auditor for all outbound orders.</li><li>Train new hires on product placement and usage.</li><li>Lead others in safe work practices.</li><li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
