They drive key technical initiatives, mentor and guide engineering teams, and take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and system-level improvements while balancing risks and opportunities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence technical and product roadmaps, and establish best practices across the engineering organization.
