We are looking to add 3&nbsp;more trainers in the Sacramento Ca&nbsp;area.</p><p>This is a demanding and challenging profession. We need someone that is highly driven to establish professional relationships and be successful.</p><p><b>*Minimum job requirements:</b></p><p>-Must reside in or around the the Sacramento Ca&nbsp;area.</p><p>-Must be able to board at least 1&nbsp;dog&nbsp;at your residence for 14 days at a time. (no apartment/townhome rentals) Part time is 1 dog at a time, Full time is 2 dogs at a time.&nbsp;</p><p>-Must have reliable transportation.</p><p>-Must have a smartphone &amp; computer.</p><p>-Must have knowledge with Social Media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.)</p><p>-Must attend and complete a 17&nbsp;day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility in Fredericksburg VA. This school and certification is FREE, however, you are responsible for travel etc. However, I do offer a Sign on Bonus of 2000.00 after 3 months of successful employment with zero negative counselings.&nbsp;</p><p><b>*Day to day requirements:</b></p><p>-Handling and training small and large breeds from puppy to adult.</p><p>-Working with dogs needing behavior modification from anxiety to aggression.</p><p>-Interacting with the public in a professional manner.</p><p>-Driving to appointments in the local&nbsp;area.</p><p>-Continuing education and increasing skill in training, both dogs and human.</p><p>-Be self motivated!</p><p><strong>The ideal Dog Trainer candidate must have:</strong></p><p>Strong work ethic, be reliable, honest, and most importantly have&nbsp;a passion for dogs. Computer skills with the ability to create dog training videos (this is easily learned through Youtube). The ability to work during peak traffic periods during weekdays and weekends. Customer service and communication skills are essential.</p><p><strong>PAY:</strong></p><p>Pay is equated by board and trains completed that month and hourly lessons completed. Trainers start out making roughly:</p><p>500.00 per 7 day board and program</p><p>1000.00 per 14 day board and train program</p><p>1500.00 per 21 day board and train program&nbsp;</p><p>30.00hr per private training lesson&nbsp;(completed at a local park near you)</p><p>60hr per private IN-HOME training lesson (you travel to clients home)</p><p>The right person can easily earn $40-60K/year (or more) working from home, with lots of flexibility, and doing something you love!&nbsp;</p>",
