We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.</p>\n<h2>A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides professional-level customer service </li>\n <li>Handles freight, rotates & stocks product, and maintains proper signage on all products </li>\n <li>Works and participates in the production and presentation in the Organic, Conventional and Fresh Prep areas as needed </li>\n <li>Ensures and maintains a high standard of product quality, freshness, packaging and presentation </li>\n <li>Washes, trims, peels, cuts, mixes, packages and labels to standards and specs set by T&C </li>\n <li>Merchandises and rotates product within the department </li>\n <li>Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner </li>\n <li>Supports and follows all company and department policies </li>\n <li>Supports and follows sustainability program </li>\n <li>Supports and follows all safety and security policies </li>\n <li>Adheres to all food safety/HACCP/sanitation requirements </li>\n <li>Operates all equipment in accordance with operating procedures </li>\n <li>Stays current with industry trends/standards/changes </li>\n <li>Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities </li>\n <li>Assists the department manager </li>\n <li>Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers </li>\n <li>Operates within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to operate all equipment </li>\n <li>Must possess an attitude of service to others </li>\n <li>Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability </li>\n <li>Must be accurate and detail-oriented </li>\n <li>Must be a team player, a leader, and a positive role model </li>\n <li>Must be enthusiastic, possess a strong desire to work hard, participate in achieving management goals and lead by example </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, as well as with a diverse group of customers, employees, and leadership </li>\n <li>Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Commitment to personal and professional development </li>\n <li>Ability to take direction and carry out department tasks and assignments </li>\n <li>Displays excellent work ethic </li>\n <li>Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs </li>\n <li>Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and have excellent manual dexterity </li>\n <li>Exemplifies health department standards </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment </li>\n <li>18 years or older </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Entry Level Compensation</h2>USD $18.40/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Compensation</h2>USD $26.15/Hr.\n<h2>* Maximum Compensation</h2>Legacy JP pay if applicable/eligible",
