This role is ideal for a strategic, execution‑focused leader who delivers measurable results while providing exceptional client service across the full client journey. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration within commercial furniture and interiors. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through a high‑touch, consultative approach that drives repeat business. Identify, prioritize, and secure new opportunities with corporate clients, architects, designers, dealers, and real estate developers. Position the company as a differentiated leader in additive manufacturing and customized furniture solutions. Own revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Lead complex sales cycles including presentations, proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that expand market reach and create new revenue channels. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align client needs with product capabilities, timelines, and cost targets. Gather market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product development and go‑to‑market strategy. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Build and scale the sales function by hiring, mentoring, and leading high‑performing team members. Implement sales processes, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability. Bring structure, urgency, and ownership to a fast‑paced startup environment. Qualifications: 7-10+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven record of results. Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or design strongly preferred. Demonstrated success building relationships with corporate clients, architects, designers, and key decision‑makers. Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability. Excellent communication skills and a strong client service mindset. Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and comfortable operating in a startup environment.
