Through this position, you will become a valued technical expert, recognized, and supported by plant leaders, and you will be offered opportunities to grow and further develop your skills for your career in manufacturing.</p><p>Starting at $19.90 per hour, this position offers weekly pay, including shift differential and weekly bonuses for housekeeping, attendance, and more! With this position also comes the ability to move to lead man at $22.29 per hour within 90 days of being at the company! Apply today!</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><p>· Work in a safe and efficient manner</p><p>· Operate presses</p><p>· Operate glue system</p><p>· Mix hardener tank</p><p>· Check quality of pallets at press</p><p>· Weigh one pallet from each press every hour</p><p>· Adjust pallet weight to within acceptable specifications</p><p>· Take and record moisture sample of glued wood every hour</p><p>· Pull pallets from stacker when count reaches 25</p><p>· Hand router and flip pallet stacks for half pallets or when router is behind or down</p><p>· Place scrap from presses in correct areas</p><p>· Clean production floor areas</p><p>· Help Core Plug operator package Core Plug Skids if necessary</p><p>· Remove scrap pallets from floor at end of shift if directed by Supervisor</p><p>· Any tasks required by the Production Supervisor to accomplish shift goals</p>",
