A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a significant health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and more.</p><p><strong>COMPENSATION BETWEEN $80,000-93,000, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the installation of Fire Alarms, Communications or Low Voltage products and systems</li><li>Communicate and monitor project scopes, schedules, materials, and manpower on assigned installation projects.</li><li>Coordinate appropriate technician and sub-contractor labor to meet the project schedule.</li><li>Monitor all materials ordered and on-site for installation on every project.</li><li>Communicate to field staff and operations on the progress of projects to ensure expectations are met.</li><li>Be organized and able to exercise practical time management skills to prioritize workload.</li><li>Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.</li><li>Open-minded willingness to continue learning.</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.</li><li>Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of project management experience in fire alarm, communication, or low voltage</li><li>NICET level 1 required</li><li>Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.</li><li>Pass drug and background screenings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SmartSheet</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong><strong>:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Project Management certifications</li><li>Security Manufacturer&rsquo;s certifications</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Demands</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to safely and effectively use general hand and power tools.</li><li>Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. push and pull greater than 75 lbs.</li><li>Climb a ladder reaching a height of at least 12 feet, use a man lift, and reach heights exceeding 40 feet to perform services.</li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</strong></u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within three days of being hired.
