float: none; display: inline !important;\">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Drives semi hauling various products.&nbsp;</li><li>Hauls feed ingredients from processor to feed mills.&nbsp;</li><li>Hauls grain from location to location.&nbsp;</li><li>Hauls dry fertilizer to locations.&nbsp;</li><li>Hauls grain from farm to terminal.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains documentation as required by state and federal regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains electronic log book as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of semi.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes daily &amp; weekly reports in an accurate and timely fashion.&nbsp;</li><li>Operates semi in a safe and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in loading and unloading truck.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains appearance of tractor/trailer.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides excellent customer service and customer relations.&nbsp;</li><li>Listens to service complaints and notifies supervisor of those complaints.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains clean and customer friendly work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists other divisions and locations as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows all trailer cleanout procedures for the Food Safety Modernization Act.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>There are no supervisory duties.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years experience preferred.</li><li>Class A Commercial Drivers License or ability to obtain one.</li><li>Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements preferred.</li><li>High school or GED diploma</li><li>Great understanding of the trucking industry in the CVA trade area preferred.</li><li>Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers. &nbsp;</li><li>Works in a way that demonstrates safety is a priority. &nbsp;Promotes a work environment that is safe for everyone.&nbsp;</li><li>We value the highest ethical standard-our word is our bond.</li><li>Can plan, prioritize, organize and manage resources in order to accomplish jobs within the defined timetable.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a great attitude.</li><li>Ability to multi-task several assignments simultaneously and establish job priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.</li><li>Has the ability to work with others to resolve complaints.</li><li>Displays the ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment.</li><li>Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems and to perform calculations.</li></ul><p><strong>Central Valley Ag</strong><br>Central Valley Ag is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in York, Neb.
