    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>Use your problem-solving skills and our guidelines to determine if a company is able to become and/or receive additional approvals with us as a client. Daily interactions with a mix of internal and external clients. Looking for a team player with strong work ethic, positive attitude, coach-able, sense of urgency in tasks, attention to detail, adapts well to changes, organized, someone that is driven and takes ownership and pride in their work.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviewing new and change status applications submitted to UWM</li>\n <li>Reviewing conditions supplied for applications</li>\n <li>Running/requesting, reviewing, and analyzing professional, industry background checks on clients</li>\n <li>Closely analyzing information and documents provided for completeness and determine if the client is eligible for approval/fit the UWM Business model</li>\n <li>Reviewing new signup applications and working with BDT/Sales </li>\n <li>Managing queues within OBA for day to day tasks</li>\n <li>Providing great client service to both internal and external clients</li>\n <li>Processing denials and approvals</li>\n <li>Processing change of structure requests (broker to correspondent and vice versa)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years experience with Elite Client Service </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)</li>\n <li>Positive attitude</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and be a self-starter</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Onsite attendance is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
