In partnership with North American Dental Group, we have the tools and resources to ensure that both our patients and team members thrive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Work Schedule</strong></p>\n<p>Monday: 7:45am-5pm</p>\n<p>Tuesday: 7:45am-5pm</p>\n<p>Wednesday: 7:45am-5pm</p>\n<p>Thursday: 7:45am-5pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Role as an EFDA</strong>As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class care. You’ll work closely with doctors to provide clinical support, educate patients, and perform expanded duties that elevate the patient experience—all while maintaining compliance with state regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide chairside support for doctors, including charting, placing fillings, setting up and cleaning operatories, and patient education.</li>\n <li>Perform expanded functions such as placing amalgam or composite fillings, adapting temporary crowns, removing sutures, and applying topical fluoride (state-permitted procedures only).</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate patient health history and treatment plan documentation in dental software.</li>\n <li>Assist in clinical procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient care process.</li>\n <li>Stay up-to-date on state regulations and compliance to deliver safe and effective care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Certification</strong>: EFDA certification or on-the-job training as required by state regulations.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 1–5 years preferred; new graduates will be considered.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure</strong>: Radiography licensure meeting state requirements.</li>\n <li><strong>Skills</strong>: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, dental charting software, and digital x-rays, with the ability to learn new systems as needed.</li>\n <li><strong>CPR Certification</strong>: Required for this role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working With Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits</strong>: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>: Competitive PTO for both full-time and part-time employees, with increases as you grow in your career.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Growth</strong>: Access to continuing education and career development opportunities.</li>\n <li><strong>Dynamic Atmosphere</strong>: Work in a supportive environment that celebrates individuality and encourages innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong>We are proud to be an inclusive workplace.
