About the role: We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented  HR Administrator (Junior Level) to support our HR day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and processes and is looking to grow within HR field. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate onboarding activities: review new hire documentation, arrange system accesses, and send welcome emails Prepare employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates and other HR-related documentation Support offboarding processes, including documentation and exit procedures Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Support benefits administration and internal HR communications Work with HR data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation Administer and support the internal training & assessment platforms Collaborate with internal teams on HR-related matters Provide operational support to the HR team within assigned areas of responsibility Your expertise to meet the requirement: At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Administrator/HR Specialist or HR Assistant roles Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Confidence working with data, including employee records, spreadsheets Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage tasks effectively, and follow structured processes Good time management and prioritization skills Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English Fluency in Russian language Experience with HRIS  is an advantage We offer: Fully remote job - work from anywhere you want Flexible working hours Competitive compensation 28 paid days off per year 3 paid sick days a year without medical certificate Seniority leave Birthday Day off Real career opportunities and professional growth The great team across the world Hiring Stages: Assessment Test Introductory call Hiring Manager Round Candidate Reference Check Offer Letter
