Our clients are partners executing statewide strategic priorities, often spanning multiple agencies and funding streams within a single engagement.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>ECP manages the full implementation lifecycle: from discovery and configuration through training, go-live, and ongoing support. We work closely with Product and </span><span>technical teams</span><span> to ensure our clients achieve sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p><span><span>The Project Manager owns the delivery of an enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementation for a state government <span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">client.</span> This is a client-facing role with real accountability - you manage the project plan, the risks, the stakeholder relationships, and the day-to-day coordination across an internal cross-functional team. </span><span>You are the person the client calls, and the person who knows where the project actually stands.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>ECP Project Managers are assigned to a state portfolio — meaning your work has a geography and a set of agency relationships you know deeply. If you are energized by momentum and want your work to matter, you will fit in here.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities:<br></span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Project Delivery &amp; Governance</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure, </span><span>maintaining</span><span> clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers in alignment with ECP standards and state agency governance requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors and decision-makers.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor project performance against established baselines — </span><span>identify</span><span> risks and issues early, drive mitigation, and escalate to the Portfolio Manager when </span><span>warranted</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure all project activities </span><span>comply with</span><span> Euna's Code of Ethics, security standards, and applicable public sector regulations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Apply ECP's delivery frameworks and </span><span>methodology</span><span> consistently across your engagement — adapting where needed without abandoning standards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Client Engagement &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned state agency clients — building trust, managing expectations, and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> transparency throughout the project lifecycle.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with customer project managers and agency leads to </span><span>establish</span><span> shared milestones, delivery responsibilities, and readiness activities.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct executive-level reporting for client steering committees and provide regular status updates that are </span><span>accurate</span><span>, clear, and stakeholder-appropriate.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Navigate complex multi-agency relationships with professionalism — you can hold a difficult conversation without damaging the partnership.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Cross-Functional Coordination</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate delivery across ECP's Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams — keeping shared timelines, dependencies, and risks visible to the right people.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with the Project Coordinator to </span><span>maintain</span><span> documentation accuracy, meeting cadences, and action </span><span>item</span><span> follow-through.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts — flagging patterns or gaps that the PMO Lead or Portfolio Manager should know about.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in scoping conversations for new engagements when PM input on your </span><span>state's</span><span> portfolio or related work is helpful; review SOW commitments that affect your projects before they are </span><span>finalized</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Team &amp; Internal Contribution</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Play a meaningful role in onboarding new hires and contributing to team </span><span>knowledge-sharing</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Actively adopt and embed AI tools into your daily work — whether drafting documentation, accelerating analysis, </span><span>preparing for</span><span> client meetings, or </span><span>identifying</span><span> workflow improvements.
