This role blends technical expertise with people leadership, driving operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered with precision, creativity, and consistency.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate excels at leading process implementation and improvement, effortlessly optimizes workflows, and uncovers cross-departmental opportunities, driving efficiency and empowering the team to deliver seamless client experiences.</p><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Lead &amp; Inspire</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee project assignments and performance to ensure deadlines and quality are met.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with the Co-manager, Production, and Sales leadership to align project delivery with business goals.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Drive Technical &amp; Operational Excellence</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the go-to expert for graphics production workflows and our content management system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and refine best practices for project kick-off, execution, QA, and delivery. Identify and resolve complex production challenges across multiple product lines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency across the team.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Oversee Projects &amp; Client Success</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage key accounts strategically by overseeing clear, proactive communication to set and align client expectations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor client satisfaction by soliciting feedback, responding swiftly, and adapting service delivery so clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the partnership.
