    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Objective of the Position:</strong> This position ensures that components and assemblies produced in the production or prototype meet all design and engineering specifications.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Accountabilities:</strong> The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Submit annual capital investments for plant responsible for the performing of Gage R&amp;R and calibration of Gage track software</li><li>Responsible for the performing of Gage R&amp;R and Calibration of using Gage track Software</li><li>Program CMM and set-up other testing devices in accordance with engineering drawing specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Measure products utilizing a CMM and other measurement devices&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing test / inspection procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Record results and report deviations or variations from required test specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to procedural problems or technical questions from other appropriate parties&nbsp;</li><li>Perform the following on test equipment as required&nbsp;<ol><li>Maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Calibration&nbsp;</li><li>Testing</li></ol></li><li>Set-up and maintain the following for materials, parts, or product testing&nbsp;<ol><li>Databases&nbsp;</li><li>Inspection plans&nbsp;</li><li>Standard reports</li></ol></li><li>Make constructive recommendations in relation to&nbsp;<ol><li>Product or part performance&nbsp;</li><li>Malfunctions&nbsp;</li><li>Failures&nbsp;</li><li>Breakdowns</li></ol></li><li>Assist with technical analysis and evaluation of new or revised&nbsp;<ol><li>Parts&nbsp;</li><li>Materials</li><li>Products</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>Secondary Accountabilities:</strong> The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Eberspaecher within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements.</li><li>Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Eberspaecher Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements.</li><li>Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all ENA polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001; looks for way to improve and promote quality.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirement Profile:</strong></p><p><strong>Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum five years&nbsp;working experience in quality assurance, metrology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum five years&rsquo; CMM Programming using Romer or Power Inspect Software</li><li>Experience using calipers, micrometer, height gage, optical comparator, gage blocks, gage pins, indicators, surface plate, CMM, Romer Arm and PiTape required.&nbsp;</li><li>Training in GD&amp;T, metrology and coordinate measuring machine required. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to understand and analyze blue print readings, mechanical measuring instruments and inspection techniques.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations, including calculations, percentages, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and write simple correspondence.</li><li>Analytical- Synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data<strong>.</strong></li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability.</li><li>Strives to continuously improve expertise, knowledge and skills.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
