He/she is expected to have the job specific skills necessary for all monthly PM inspections. The A Mechanic is expected to provide maintenance support to all production equipment at the Columbus plant. He/she is expected to be competent in all mechanical skills </span></span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">(pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and to begin developing fundamental electrical skills necessary for basic electrical troubleshooting (fuses, motors, etc). The&nbsp; Mechanic is expected to be a fully functional maintenance person, demonstrating job specific knowledge and leadership skills during major projects such as roll changes.</span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">At least five years industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">On the job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Maintenance experience in corrugated industry a plus.
