    "description": "<p>The<strong>&nbsp;Cleanroom Sales Service Specialist II </strong>will&nbsp;provide superior customer service by determining customer needs and responding to those needs in a timely manner.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Answer internal and external customer inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist customers with requests for quotation, order entry, expediting, shipping and documentation.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate order changes, priorities, and unique requests between Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in determining the appropriate Plascore product suitable for the customer&#39;s application.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide feedback to Sales and Engineering on customer product requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Review and verify customer purchase order aligns with the agreed upon contract details of the order.</li>\r\n\t<li>Log customer complaints, assist with investigations and follow through to their closing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Update customer contact information on Plascore&#39;s contact management system within SAP.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in improvements of Plascore ERP systems.
