Description
Cleanroom Sales Service Specialist II
The Cleanroom Sales Service Specialist II will provide superior customer service by determining customer needs and responding to those needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer internal and external customer inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.
Assist customers with requests for quotation, order entry, expediting, shipping and documentation.
Coordinate order changes, priorities, and unique requests between Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing.
Assist in determining the appropriate Plascore product suitable for the customer's application.
Provide feedback to Sales and Engineering on customer product requirements.
Review and verify customer purchase order aligns with the agreed upon contract details of the order.
Log customer complaints, assist with investigations and follow through to their closing.
Update customer contact information on Plascore's contact management system within SAP.
Assist in improvements of Plascore ERP systems. Complete assignments given in reference to SAP including enter and cost new part numbers in SAP
Complete continuous improvements projects pertaining to productivity, product improvements, and job improvements.
Participate with the team in measuring sales performance and analyzing trends.
Manage and maintain cleanroom collateral materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
Participate in Team building activities for the improvement of Plascore.
Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least two years progressively more responsible experience
In addition to the knowledge normally acquired through a general high school education, the job requires a specialized skill or knowledge which may be obtained in high school or during a very brief period of intensive preparation outside of school
Strong attention to detail
Additional Requirements :
Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
