Our</span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial HVAC Service Associate</span> is responsible for providing support to the HVAC service technician of the operation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for commercial mechanical systems.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Here's what you'll do:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to include changing filters, cleaning coils, greasing bearings and changing belts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in identifying causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems and communicate back to service manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with the supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely work and customer satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain vehicle, tools and equipment in safe operating condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars, as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) to document activities and/or convey information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
