Forestry Management LLC (\"Markit!\").  Maintenance and repairs will happen frequently on site in high elevations and in adverse weather conditions.  Work is completed year round.</p><p>This position requires knowledge of maintenance, trouble-shooting, and solving complex maintenance issues. The primary responsibilities of the position are:</p><ul><li>Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with applicable Original Equipment Manufacturers technical manuals.</li><li>Perform repairs on inoperable equipment.</li><li>Perform repairs in one or more areas in accordance with service manuals and manufacturers specifications.</li><li>Equipment includes Bobcat and ASV Loaders, Industrial Tractors, Delimbers, Skidders, Chippers, Log Loaders, Harvesters, Graders, Dozers, Grinders, Excavators, Generators, Pressure Washers, attachments, trucks and trailers.</li><li>Perform fabrication of hydraulic hoses.</li><li>Order parts by using manuals and catalogs.</li><li>Deliver parts to projects as necessary.</li><li>Equipment transport and washing.</li><li>Hiring and training of heavy equipment mechanic team.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li>Speak, read and write English.</li><li>Ability to utilize a cell phone, tablet and/or laptop to record equipment maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Willing to train in other skilled areas.</li><li>Able to work any shift including weekends if required.</li><li>Able to travel on short notice, some overnight travel may be required.</li><li>Able to understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.</li><li>Able to work in adverse weather conditions, and austere environments.</li><li>Able to lift and carry 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.</li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to use precision measuring and testing
