Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the tasks that are assigned by the Steward Supervisor and Executive Steward.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate materials and equipment to maintain cleanliness/sanitation of workstation and communicate problems/concerns to supervisor or kitchen management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This position requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift including working in confined spaces and awkward positions, requiring standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping and reaching overhead. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to comprehend product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Insure the cleanliness of all floors, walls, dishes, pots, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Insure “Wet Floor” signs and other markers are used. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Make sure kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job (gloves, goggles, chemicals, etc.). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that all equipment functions properly. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain the levels and standards of cleanliness and safety set by Cactus Petes Casino and the Health Department.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 17 years of age or older. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
