This position will be part of a growing collaboration with Father Bills &amp; Mainspring in&nbsp; Quincy.&nbsp; Services will be provided in the client&rsquo;s apartment. Clients will have varied degrees of independence and a variety of support needs, including aging in place and physical/mental health disabilities.&nbsp; This position will average 12 - 15&nbsp; hours per week, one weekend day is required.</span><br />\r\n<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Engage in compassionate and upbeat exchanges with patience to meet people where they are and honor their current needs.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Perform direct care guided by the client&rsquo;s care plan.
