This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, or a Senior Technician looking to develop into a more Coordinator role. The successful candidate will be based primarily from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">our North London Watford office</span>, with the opportunity <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hybrid working</span>, and will be reporting directly to the BIM Manager. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the production of accurate, detailed Revit survey models, ensuring compliance with both client requirements and internal quality benchmarks.</li>\n<li>Mentor and support BIM Operation Manager and production teams, promoting best practices in Scan to BIM modeling and quality assurance.</li>\n<li>Keep our Scan to BIM documentation up to date, aligning it with evolving industry standards and in-house improvements.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the BIM Operation Manager to implement workflow enhancements, improve efficiencies, and strengthen the digital function.</li>\n<li>Advise on the best modeling workflows for each project, collaborating with project teams, surveyors, and external suppliers.</li>\n<li>Review and validate both graphical and non-graphical data to guarantee consistency and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards for quality, deadlines, and safety across all deliverables.</li>\n<li>Champion a culture of continuous learning in BIM, Revit, and digital surveying practices.</li>\n<li>Improve BIM production methods to strengthen planning, forecasting, and on-time delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage outsourcing and supply chain relationships to deliver reliable, scalable results.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on Revit technical support, troubleshooting issues and guiding teams toward efficient solutions.</li>\n<li>Support business development by contributing to proposals, estimates, and technical documentation, as well as attending client meetings.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for digital innovation and business growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong background in surveying, with experience in the design, construction, or AEC sectors.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years using Revit for Scan to BIM projects </li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years’ AutoCAD experience based on point cloud data.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A fundamental understanding of building construction, the principles of ‘Survey-to-BIM’, and all relevant industry-standards such as ISO19650. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in supply chain communication and project management </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Understanding of point cloud datasets and construction industry workflows.</li>\n<li>Knowledge/experience of working with Dynamo (preferable) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Desirable extras: experience in structural/architectural disciplines, familiarity with ArchiCAD, Tekla, clash detection, visualization.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive and detail-focused approach</li>\n<li>Knowledge/experience of collaboration through BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits You Will Love</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>At Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
