Offered after school each day and all-day during breaks, teacher workdays and 8 weeks of summer, the literacy-focused program supplements students&rsquo; classroom learning with the goal of improving each child&rsquo;s reading ability and supporting students holistically as they pursue their literacy goals.&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#fa4616\"><strong>Position Objectives</strong></span></span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">The Student Success Advisor provides onsite learning support for our literacy-based, after-school and out-of-school programming for youth in grades K &ndash; 5. &nbsp;This position is designed to support program activities when enrollment is at or above 16; covering ratio requirements in coordination with co-workers.</span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Staff are required to be onsite and provide care around their feeder school bus schedules and school calendars. Staff should plan to be at their location 30 minutes before care hours begin. After-school hours of care are generally Monday &ndash; Friday, 2:30pm &ndash; 6:00pm and 9:00am &ndash; 5:00pm during school breaks and planned school closures. Staff should plan to be at their location 30 minutes before care hours begin.
