Connect Pediatrics is looking for Supervising Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in the Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas areas. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes. Competitive salary and benefits package Weekly pay Opportunities for professional growth and development Fully electronic documentation Office staff actively engaged in supporting field clinicians & completes all admits/consents A supportive work culture that values autonomy & collaboration Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders. Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses. Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
