We are passionate about working alongside our client’s and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life throughout the UK.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day management of the crews which will include the planning and execution of the works. The main purpose of this role is to drive performance and productivity along with health and safety compliance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:<span> </span></span>Bamber Bridge </p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> 50 hours per week, 06.00am-16:00pm, Monday to Friday</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>£38,500 per annum </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead and motivate a team to deliver all aspects of planning and operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deliver works safely and on time, whilst adhering to contract requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Management of the operatives reporting into them.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct detailed and thorough site visits.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate records of site resources, materials and plant and providing daily resource sheets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Managing subcontract performance.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring all operatives have appropriate vehicles, equipment, stores, and skills to perform allocated work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaise with customers, clients, local authorities and other interested third parties regarding past, present, and future works.</span></li>\n<li><span>To provide sufficient and timely supervision, assessments and coaching to ensure gangs are performing to our sufficient company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform quality on site assessments checks (x8 Audits per month).</span></li>\n<li><span>Regularly undertake all necessary and appropriate Toolbox Talks, Briefings, and other communications.</span></li>\n<li><span>To perform weekly fleet and plant checks ensuring fleet, plant and equipment maintenance is carried out and calibrated within the correct timescales.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain own levels of skills and knowledge to do the job effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Comply with relevant company HSEQ and welfare policy provisions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all clients set KPI’s are met or exceeded.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all operative training records and ID Cards records are kept up to date.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all timesheets are submitted within the timescales set by payroll. And these are checked and correct at the time of submission. Where necessary telematics checks are carried out to verify timesheet submission.</span></li>\n<li><span>Submit accurate records into the sales sheet for works completed each day, ensuring all information is correct, accurate and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring all operatives driving company vehicles adhere to company policy, where necessary interventions to be carried out to coach or take disciplinary action against offenders that is relevant to the offence committed.</span></li>\n<li><span>To manage and assess the competencies of all operatives on site through the competency assessment programme.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Management Skills </span>- the ability to supervise and lead crews</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systems</span> - competent in the use of Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health, Safety &amp; Environment</span> - The ability to assess the impact our operations have on Health &amp; Safety matters.
