    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Employees in Mine Support perform a variety of duties to support general mining and production activities.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Build Roads<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Cut down road to hard bottom.</li><li>Spread road rock across road surface.</li><li>Apply dust suppressant.</li></ol></li><li>Repair Roads<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Grade roads to smooth them, pulling material in from the sides.</li><li>Apply dust suppressant.</li></ol></li><li>Dust suppression of roads as needed.</li><li>Follow established schedule to build and maintain roads.</li><li>Muck sump.</li><li>Tram sump muck.</li><li>Maintain and repair sprinkler systems.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment, including road grader.</li><li>Deliver supplies to underground mine crews, including loading and unloading of supplies.</li><li>Operate service equipment, loaders, fork lifts, and haul trucks underground.</li><li>Housekeeping: including tasks such as shoveling, picking up trash or debris, etc. to ensure a safe work area.</li><li>Operate hand and/or power tools to make minor repairs or for maintenance activities.</li><li>Perform equipment/facility inspection and minor maintenance.</li><li>Communicate using the squawker, station bells, work bells, pager phone, and leaky feeder radio.</li><li>Participate in Risk Assessment activities as required.</li><li>Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) as required.</li><li>Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workplace.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school graduate or equivalent.</li><li>Basic computer skills preferred. &nbsp;</li><li>Proven safe work record required. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent attendance history required. &nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to work in team-based environment required.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
