Receive, log, and prioritize all incoming service requests and trouble calls related to facilities maintenance and operations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">2. Utilize the computerized maintenance management system to manage work orders, assign tasks to in-house mechanics.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">3. Dispatch technicians or vendors to address facilities issues, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Etc.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">4. Monitor and track the progress of work orders to ensure timely completion and compliance.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">5. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, work orders, communication logs, and related documents.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">6. Act as a central hub between facilities department and hospital staff; providing updates to facilities requests made by clinical staff.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">7. Assist in maintaining inventory of facility supplies and equipment, coordinating reorders as needed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">8. Manage and reduce facilities work order back log list.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">9. Responsible for following up with clients on complaints/issues</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">10. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>High School or trade/vocational school graduate preferred.</span></li><li><span>1-3 years of experience in a dispatch or facilities coordination role.</span></li><li><span>Experience with facilities CMMS software.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of facilities operations and general facilities requests.</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are needed.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
