    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position:</strong> Physical Therapist – Outpatient</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tampa, FL<strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, Monday through Friday with some evenings until 7pm<strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting at $75,000+, based on experience<strong>Incentives:</strong> $10,000 sign-on bonus and indefinite student debt assistance program of $350 per month</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Select Physical Therapy’s outpatient center in Tampa (S Dale Mabry), FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full time. This location offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative clinical team consisting of three Physical Therapists and one Occupational Therapist. Our patient population includes a broad general orthopedic caseload, with exposure to vestibular, concussion, hand therapy and dry needling.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We welcome both newly graduated Physical Therapists and experienced outpatient clinicians to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Select Physical Therapy provides:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Structured clinical mentorship</li>\n <li>An accredited orthopedic residency</li>\n <li>Comprehensive clinical development and advancement programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations</li>\n <li>Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients</li>\n <li>Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors</li>\n <li>Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school</li>\n <li>Valid State Physical Therapist License</li>\n <li>CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><strong>Recharge & Refresh:</strong> Generous PTO to maintain a healthy work-life balance</p>\n<p><strong>Your Health Matters: </strong>Comprehensive medical/Rx, vision and dental plan</p>\n<p><strong>Invest in Your Future: </strong>Company-matching 401(k) retirement plans, as well as Life and Disability protection</p>",
