This position will focus on phone as well as written correspondence received in multiple forms from customers and staff to resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer&#39;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting solution and following up to ensure resolution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li><p>Troubleshooting and resolving product issues with customers over Phone, Email, and Chat</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</p></li><li><p>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution</p></li><li><p>Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges</p></li><li>Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions</li><li><p>Communicate and coordinate with dealers and vendors</p></li><li><p>Additional tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager</p><p><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong work ethic</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to type at least 30 WPM.</p></li><li><p>Solid phone etiquette skills.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.</p></li><li><p>Complex problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Communication and coordination with colleagues as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution.</p></li><li><p>Computer experience and aptitude.
