    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/PA for Florida Advanced Spine &amp; Orthopedic Practice</strong></p><p><strong>Reports To: Chief Medical Officer &amp; Director of Nursing</strong></p><p><strong>Supervises: None&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Locations:</strong> Brooksville, Wesley Chapel, Trinity</p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The ARNP/PA will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our surgical team by providing advanced nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, participating in office-based visits and clinical care. The ARNP/ PA will also be familiar and competent in participating in the performance of orthopedic and spinal surgical procedures, conduct rounds at hospitals for our providers, take call, review imaging, see in-office patients, prescribe medications, and other patient care responsibilities, as needed</p><p><strong>Objectives of this Role:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Conduct pre-operative assessments of patients to determine their medical status and readiness for surgery.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on medical history, surgical requirements, and patient needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">May assist the surgical team during the operation by anticipating needs and providing support.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Monitor patients post-operatively, manage pain, prevent complications, and promote healing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain current knowledge and skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Highly skilled at assessing patients prior to surgery and providing them with perioperative care</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Extensive knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ability to collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Solid understanding of patient health and safety standards</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Excellent organizational skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Master&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must hold current license/registration to practice</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Familiar and competent in participating in the performance of orthopedic and spinal surgical procedures, including interventional injections</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Proficiency in EHR medical charting system and other computer software needed, including eClinical Works and/or Athena</li></ul><p>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the ARNP/PAs position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, or responsibilities associated with the role.</p>\n",
