This role ensures production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards while supporting and guiding temporary team members in the area.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and monitor bottling line equipment, including fillers, cappers, uncasing, and case packing systems</li>\n <li>Perform equipment changeovers to support production needs</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Conduct routine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance tasks</li>\n <li>Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company standards</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and direction to temporary employees supporting the line</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements & Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance</li>\n <li>Ability to operate industrial equipment as required</li>\n <li>Ability to move between workstations and production areas</li>\n <li>Ability to work near moving mechanical parts</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in wet and humid conditions (non-weather related)</li>\n <li>Exposure to loud noise levels (hearing protection required)</li>\n <li>Potential exposure to electrical components and associated risks</li>\n <li>Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Regular, reliable, in-person attendance required</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience</li>\n <li>Good physical condition, including ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, squatting)</li>\n <li>Good vision and manual dexterity</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience communicating across multiple levels of an organization</li>\n <li>Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical school, or associate degree</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (2+ years preferred)</li>\n</ul>",
