          "text": "<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Junior Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams, Cisco conferencing systems, and AV solutions including Crestron and Polycom Studio series. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting executive leadership with polished communication skills.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities Summary</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Conferencing &amp; Collaboration Support</strong><ul><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams (including Teams Rooms, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and telephony integrations).</li><li>Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco conferencing systems (Webex, SX/MX series) and AV systems (Crestron, Polycom Studio X50).</li><li>Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams and Cisco platforms.</li><li>Monitor and optimize performance of conferencing platforms and AV infrastructure.</li><li>Deliver high-level technical support for executive meetings and events.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Systems Administration &amp; Infrastructure Projects</strong><ul><li>Manage Microsoft Teams policies, user configurations, and call quality analytics.</li><li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.</li><li>Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain system documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for scalable solution design and troubleshooting.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Technical Expertise &amp; Tools</strong><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory MACD, and ServiceNow.</li><li>Experience with MDM and mobile security platforms (e.g., Intune).</li><li>Cloud experience with Azure (server builds, SaaS services).</li><li>Working knowledge of Intune, BOX, Okta, and various SaaS providers.</li><li>Strong networking skills (IP, DNS, ports) and familiarity with SAN/NAS storage.</li><li>Capable of imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting printers, computers, and servers.</li><li>Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, on-prem servers, and workstation hardware.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Soft Skills &amp; Collaboration</strong><ul><li>Well-organized, ambitious, and proactive with a strong drive to learn and connect people.</li><li>Effective communicator across all levels, providing clear updates and documentation.</li><li>Experienced in training end-users and IT staff on conferencing and AV tools.</li></ul></li></ul>",

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD.
