Counts, replenishes and maintains patient care and related supplies in Central Supply’s PAR carts located throughout the Hospital. Restocks Central Supply from the Breakout room and the Bulk Warehouse. Demonstrates basic knowledge of computers and inventory control. Demonstrates and</p>\n<p>promotes strong customer service and quality improvement skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SHIFT AND SCHEDULE</strong></p>\n<p>Full Time, 40hrs a week</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows expected workflows and processes set up for the delivery of support to patients and staff.</li>\n <li>Delivers routine and STAT supplies to Nursing Units and Ancillary Departments.</li>\n <li>Maintains PAR level supplies on Nursing Units.</li>\n <li>Receives requests and places orders for patient equipment.</li>\n <li>Fills and delivers orders from requisitions.</li>\n <li>Completes monthly cleaning & outdate assignments in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Accurately tracks all supply transactions and inputs all supply transactions at real time into the MMIS (Materials Management Inventory System) to keep inventory records updated and to allocate charges for stock items; thereby maintaining consistency with the perpetual inventory system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The individual must be able to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak and hear. Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff. The individual must use an assisted-lift device or get another individual(s) to assist with the lift that is over these maximum limits.</li>\n</ul>",
