This person will support with payroll processing, monitoring inboxes, and serving as a general liaison to the VP of HR.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Attend interdepartmental meetings as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with position needs.</li><li>Monitor all HR communications ensuring timely and professional delivery to the responsible party.</li><li>Maintain secure physical and digital personnel files in compliance with legal and organizational standards, including but not limited to: personnel documents, benefits information, and attendance records.</li><li>Manage and implement payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.</li><li>Support VP of HR with onboarding tasks for any new hires.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
