This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting strategic planning, and implementing systems and processes that support scalability. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business savvy, with experience in eCommerce marketplace sector preferred. You will provide strategic financial guidance and support, collaborate across departments, and ensure alignment with our business goals. font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department including A/R, A/P, GL, inventory accounting, and payroll/benefits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare external reporting requirements to investors, lenders and other stakeholders as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support FP&amp;A in close analysis, identifying drivers, variances and trends to provide actionable insights to management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support budgeting and forecasting financial modeling, ensuring accurate accounting of capital investments and planning initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
