    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>As a Tony&rsquo;s Maintenance and Repair Worker you will perform general repairs throughout all markets and facilities.</p><p><strong>Detailed Tasks and Activities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and supermarket refrigeration repairs to the facility&rsquo;s hot line.</li><li>General maintenance</li><li>Basic construction repairs (i.e.. changing outlets, fix pipes, dry wall, tile, light fixtures, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of refrigeration repairs is highly preferred</li><li>Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.</li><li>Consults blueprints or building plans to identify best solution to resolve systems or equipment issues.</li><li>Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems continue operating properly.</li><li>Obtains services of outside contractors when repairs require specialized training.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a valid driver license</li><li>Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and supermarket refrigeration hotline equipment repairs.</li><li>Refrigeration knowledge preferred</li><li>Heating and ventilation preferred</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in related field preferred.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule (mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)</li><li>Be able to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Can stand for up to 8-10 hours</li><li>Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.</li><li>EAP Card</li></ul><p><strong>Full-Time Benefits</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401k</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Employee Discount</li><li>PTO</li></ul><p><strong>Disclaimer</strong></p><p>The above description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this role.
