ATI Worksite Solutions supports workplace organizations in utilities, food service, heavy manufacturing, aviation, supply chain distribution, and more!</p>\n<p><strong>Injury Prevention Specialist Support and Development</strong></p>\n<p>At ATI, we prioritize your growth and success:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Collaborative Care:</strong> Supportive work environment with coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and ATI physical therapists.</li>\n <li><strong>Commitment to Work-Life Balance:</strong> A schedule that promotes balance with PRN support resources. </li>\n <li><strong>Autonomy of Care:</strong> Develop Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention programs with Athletes and Coaches</li>\n <li><strong>Ongoing Learning and Resources</strong>: Access ATI Academy, BOC Classes (ATI Provider), structured mentorship, and leadership training Click here to learn more. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As an Early Intervention Specialists you will be responsible for interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk and create a plan for mitigation.</li>\n <li>Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely with a strong ability to integrate feedback through coaching for continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7)</li>\n <li>Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminating contributions to the injury.</li>\n <li>Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.</li>\n <li>Assist to identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize the health of the population.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training\n  <ul>\n   <li>Other Qualified Disciplines: Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate</li>\n <li>Basic Life Support and AED Certification</li>\n <li>BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-NJ1</p>\n<p><em>ATI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
