    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position supports the Finance Director for Global Operations with a focus on FP&A.  Global Ops Finance, as a department, is in charge of managing the global budget and financial results for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, facilities, quality control, and costing.  We are responsible for a blend of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP system configuration, internal control, and business analysis.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting the management report process to deliver consolidated Global Operations financial performance and related insights and analysis</li>\n <li>Assisting Global Operations FP&A activities, rolling forward queries and reports, posting journal entries, and completing reconciliations</li>\n <li>Assessing current financial processes and reporting to identify enhancement opportunities while embracing a continuous improvement culture</li>\n <li>Assisting with files that support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasting process with reporting to Corporate FP&A</li>\n <li>Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to drive financial controls and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Supporting capital spend tracking and forecasting with associated legal entity/company code reporting</li>\n <li>Creating process documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounting</li>\n <li>Manufacturing company experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, with strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills</li>\n <li>Position requires strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and drive to learn the business and help solve problems in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Description</h2>\n<p>Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT)  is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
