    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The purpose of the Inspector&ndash;I role is to perform visual inspections in order to identify conforming and nonconforming product within the Tegra Medical location.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Responsible for QC Visual Inspections of finished products required in accordance with ISO 13485.</li><li>Accurately perform visual inspection determine acceptability of product from visual defects and other overall cosmetic requirements.</li><li>Follow specific internal and customer specifications to determine product conformance.</li><li>Act as a trainer for other Inspector&ndash;I employees.</li><li>Complete inspection reports and product traveler as required.</li><li>Keep track of quantities and scrap codes and enter data into MRP system as applicable.</li><li>Provide feedback to supervisors and engineering on visual defects found.</li><li>Support visual inspection of validation activities as requested.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience using a microscope is required.</li><li>Communication skills verbal and written is required.</li><li>Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow written instruction and schedules.</li><li>Must be detail oriented, focused and organized.</li><li>Must maintain work areas in a safe and orderly condition at all times.</li><li>Must comply with all applicable safety procedures.</li><li>Must be able to use microscope for extended periods of time.</li></ul><p><strong>Education Requirements</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</p>\n<br/>1st shift 7am to 3:30pm",
