As an Experienced Concrete Worker/Finisher, you'll play a crucial role in setting string lines, placing, finishing, and grading concrete. But that's not all – you'll be the driving force behind our crew by helping load and unload materials and equipment, adjust and perform basic maintenance on equipment, and operate tools and equipment of all types, such as forklifts, tractors, loaders, jack hammers, shovels, saws.  You may also operate single rear axle trucks under 26,000 GVW and transport crew or equipment to the job site. You will be expected to complete general laborer tasks as needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Eligibility &amp; Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We’re seeking skilled and reliable crew members with hands-on experience in concrete work, specifically concrete finishing and form setting. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates must be 18 years or older</span>. Prior experience in concrete finishing is required, and familiarity with setting forms is strongly preferred.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Applicants should be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly and working in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Flexibility is important—this role may require overtime, weekend work, and travel for out-of-town projects.
