If you’re passionate about innovation, technology, and working on programs that span from prototype to full-scale operations, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multi-location team driving the future of space sensing for the U.S. Space Force.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Support SSC organizations and mission partners, with a broad range of financial management support and supports high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate, and analyst various phases of PPE within the DoD portfolio. Activities apply to the Development of the POM, Budget Exhibit Preparation, Staffer Day Briefings, Analysis Reporting, Spring Program Review Investment Budget Review, and PMRs, POM, and PPBE.</li>\n <li><strong>Tools, Process, and Procedures:</strong> Able to support the development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, verification, validation, protection and maintenance of tools, processes, guidelines, methodologies, models, simulations, databases, web sites, reports and applications to support the execution and management. Experienced with standardized and specialized software applications including: Microsoft Office, GAFS, MOCAS, FM-Suite, WAWF, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Standard Contract Reconciliation Tool (SCRT), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), CCaR, CRIS, Live Link, Integrated Accounts Payable System (IAPS), or their replacement Accounting and Finance system(s).</li>\n <li><strong>Document Review and Assessments:</strong> Able to review program documents for consistency with applicable military, federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards and report findings to the Government</li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Support:</strong> Able to perform all functional duties independently. Interpret information to generate multiple recommended courses of actions; Build staff packages, comprehending and applying concept/guidance, effectively implementing instructions/polices into routine performance; Provide IPT support, acquisition program reporting, cashflow management and acquisition review support to program leadership; Perform acquisition financial execution and funds management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Current Secret clearance and ability to maintain Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics.</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>14 years directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management. 8 years or more shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of space programs - AFSPC or SSC experience a plus. 5 yrs. or more with CCAR, 3 yrs. or more FM Suite and WAWF, 5 yrs. or more with MS Office.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p>Master’s degree in a related field, such as Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics required. 10 years or more directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>LA, AFB</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>None anticipated, travel based on Government requirement</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite, or Hybrid: </strong>El Segundo, CA (Hybrid Telework Available; No Fully Remote)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JK1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
