          "text": "<p>We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in millwright work, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems, and fabrication. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, tackling complex mechanical challenges to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mechanical Maintenance &amp; Repair:</strong><ul><li>Install, dismantle, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to meet operational specifications.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they lead to downtime.</li><li>Automated Paint Line systems</li></ul></li><li><strong>Welding &amp; Fabrication:</strong><ul><li>Utilize welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate, repair, and modify metal components and structures.</li><li>Cut, grind, and assemble metal parts to create custom solutions for equipment modifications and repairs.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Hydraulic &amp; Pneumatic Systems:</strong><ul><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.</li><li>Replace seals, gaskets, and other components to ensure system integrity and performance.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Electrical Systems:</strong><ul><li>Diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, and control panels.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all electrical work.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.</li><li>Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.</li></ul></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
